I am a queer and transgender woman, trauma therapist, clinical social worker, certified psilocybin facilitator, and psychedelic integration specialist.
With empathy, humor, and honesty, I’ll help you navigate the weight of your struggles to support you in reconnecting with your true self. I’ve been described by clients and peers as deeply empathetic and unflinchingly honest.
In your sessions, I'll draw from many modalities and theories including IFS (parts work), Somatic Experiencing, psychdynamic and psychoanalytic approaches as well as pulling from the Satir method, Relational Life Therapy, and liberation psychology.

About
I'm a bilingual, bicultural, working-class immigrant and white cisgender woman who grew up in three distinct countries. My lived experience shapes my belief that culture is vital for understanding both myself and my clients. Having navigated cultural transitions, I deeply empathize with the challenges faced by immigrants and those balancing multiple cultural and racial identities. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, providing inclusive and affirming care.
My practice integrates multicultural competence, mindfulness, Polyvagal, and attachment theories through a social justice lens. Therapy with me is deeply relational and built on mutual respect, cultural humility, and a shared dedication to your healing journey. I aim to recognize your strengths while planting new awareness, trusting in your inner guidance to integrate insights toward growth.
Together, we'll explore the intricacies of your story, drawing upon your heritage and lived experiences. Ultimately, I see you as the prime mover of change, while I'm here to create a nurturing space for you to engage vulnerability with self-acceptance. -

About
I'm an Arab woman, an immigrant, a survivor, and a mother. My journey as a social worker and trauma therapist began as a peer support specialist, shaping a therapeutic orientation that diverges from traditional Western models and ideologies.
I believe in the healing space of therapy as a mutual journey for both therapist and client. My approach is deeply relational, rooted in the enduring strength of our ancestors.
In our sessions, we will explore the depths of your experiences with empathy and respect. My role is to walk alongside you, honoring your story and the resilience that has brought you here. Together, we will navigate the complexities of trauma, drawing upon the wisdom of our heritage and the transformative power of creativity, creating a rich tapestry of expression and healing.
Therapy with me is about flourishing, rediscovering your strengths, embracing your unique identity, and finding your voice in a world that often tries to silence it.
